Vishakha & CASH
Sexual harassment at the workplace violates women's rights and fosters a
hostile environment. In response to the Vishakha Judgement of 1997, our
college established the Vishakha& CASH Cell with the goal of advancing
gender equality. This cell is committed to addressing the grievances of
female students and employees while actively advocating for a 'Zero
Tolerance against Sexual Harassment' policy, prominently displayed across
campus.
Aligned with the aims of promoting gender equality and preventing sexual
harassment, the Vishakha& CASH Committee collaborates closely with the ICC
Committee to foster a campus environment where all individuals are treated
with respect and dignity, and are free from the threat of sexual harassment.
