Since its inception in 2022, career counseling hassignificantly evolved, with coaching classes aimed at guiding students towards their career paths following completion of their undergraduate studies. Through collaboration with IQAC at GGDC Ranibandh, these coaching classes have organized numerous programs to assist students in navigating various avenues in higher education and the job market. The active participation of students has been evident in these initiatives. Notably, in this interior area where access to diverse job sector guidance options is limited, these initiatives have provided invaluable support. Many participants have reaped tangible benefits by securing positions within the job sector as a direct result.
